On the edge of the Celje basin in the shelter of the mountains (Fruit growing) Mirosan s.c. is located, a company that has been operating successfully for over 50 years. The main activities of the company are cultivation of apples and fruit seedlings.

Apple orchards are spread over 120 hectares. They are located on slightly elevated ground above the valley on the south side of the river Savinja between Celje and Žalec. Some plantations are also located at the foot of the Kamnik mountains. At the plantings center we built three modern cold stores with sorting hall in the period between 1997 and 2003, which allows us to supply our customers with fresh apples all year round.

From the outset we also raise fruit seedlings in addition to apple production, growing them in Savinja valley where 250,000 young seedlings are raised annually on 20 acres of land.

Our shop is also located at corporate headquarters where you can buy fresh apples all year round and a variety of intermediate goods for fruit growing as well as fruit seedlings in the fall and spring season.
